Whoa, for a second I though you were referring to Love Story by Erich Segal. That novel was great! I wept the first time I read that book. Being the first book/movie/whatever to make me do so to that extent, I bought that book the next week. _________________ Why would you sell off a treasure to get money? You're a king. Tears coming out of your eyes, that is crying, but if you guys are thinking of weeping, then no I've never done that.
I felt sad when Sai disappeared in Hikaru no Go, and my eyes got a little misty...
Marmalade Boy, Lilim KISS, Dear Mine and a few others had very touchie endings, and if you allow yourself to be drawn into the story you'll eventually wipe off a tear or two.
Love Hina was a little different I felt a bit sad for all those cute grown girls, who ended up liking the same guy and only one of them got to marry him. She looked very sweet in the wedding dress btw. |

I'll admit that I've shed a few tears over a few good mangas. But they have to be good. In order to get me to cry, it has to be something I don't see coming and something really tragic. So I guess that nothing in the DB universe has yet to have that affect on me. Yet Fullmoon wo Sagashite did a good job at getting a few tears. I have to say that tagedy isn't the only thing to cause my tears. Frustration is also a big factor...like Death Note. I hate Misa...but I guess that can be filed under tragedy as well. Who in the world came up with that character?
No offense to anyone that likes her...I really can't stand her. |
