Post some websites with great free downloads here.
One of my favorities is Underdogs, they have all the old school games that you thought you would never see again... all free for download!

Great website. _________________

Haven't actually played anything much games since Lineage II, which I quit a while ago cause I was player killed for no apparent reason .
A couple that I've actually played are:
Fairyland: http://www.fairyland.com.my/index.htm
Not sure when/if this one is ever going to start being pay to play, they seem to be developing, still, after all this time. At the rate they're going doesn't look like they'll get too far any time soon.
Another one is Legends: http://legends.time.net.my/index.cfm
They tried to open this one after Dark Ages was something of a success. It's basically the same thing. Guess you could play this one as a test for whether or you will like Dark Ages. Last time I checked it was still open, not sure now though. Legends is VERY devoid of people. Even though Dark Ages made it through, people were pretty ticked when they disconnected it and decided to toss us over to Legends so we could be something like test bunnies. Hehe, the good days. Last time I was on Legends there were a total of about eleven people on, don't know how they're doing now, chances are they're not doing much better.
Priston Tale: http://www.pristontale.com/
Pretty sure this one's still open. There was talk about it becoming pay to play a while back but seems it's died down since.
Finally, there's TalesWeaver: http://www.talesweaver.org/
This one's never going to go pay to play as far as I know. I think it's run by a bunch of guys and girls that liked the game and wanted to help English speakers play so they kinda translate everything themselves, so every now and again they have English patches when new things are added. |

Egeria. I tired that Fairyland thing, and also I tried Legends. Fairlyland wouldn't install, something about needing a "data3" file, which didn't come with the zip. And Legends installed just fine, but when I opened it the program crapped out on me, just went black for a second and took me back to my desktop. Any ideas? _________________ http://mercy.rampagession.com

The game's here -> http://www.scummvm.org/ _________________ David |
