Question about downloading specific files on Bit Torrent

So I'm downloading this Full Moon wo Sagashite pack containing all the episodes, and I'm like 16% done. I know that the first and second episodes are fully downloaded ( both are at 210mb ) but they're not allocated, so I can't watch them.

So is there a way to allocate files manually using a different Bit Torrent Client or something, or do I really have to wait until the whole pack is done ?

I'm asking because I know if I downloaded like the first 10 episodes individually from the same group and put them in the pack's folder, overwriting the ones created by the pack, I'd be able to watch them while the Torrent uses them.
