Gantz!

Umm, to be honest, instead of Reika's leadership skills, I am more interested in seeing Izumi's new weapon. I somehow get the inpression that this so called new weapon wouldn't help much (now I would love to see Izumi suffer, haha).

Maybe it will be something ironic, like on Inuyasha. Something that allows him to heal others perhaps?

Haha, or a weapon that could potentially kill its user, etc.

there are 2 things I want to know:
1)How Kuruno gets back to gantz? Will he do something like Izumi?
2) Gantz is more or less responsible for Kuruno and Tae getting togther, so what happens now that Kuruno has his memory I dont really believe that hes going to have giant holes in his memory and just shake it off

Reika's leadership won't be that much of a factor in the next mission, I think. My reason is this: someone is only the leader if others choose to follow them. That's what happened with Kei. The others saw his actions, abilities, and character, and they gravitated toward him. Izumi won't follow her, Nishi won't follow her, and if she shows weakness in her actions or judgement, no one will follow her. I predict that everyone will see Katou shine in the next mission and turn to him for guidance.

Well, I don't think Kei would go get himself killed like Izumi did. But considering the changes to Gantz game (no time limit, visible to crowds, etc.) perhaps in the next game both Tae and Kei get involved. Or maybe due to his fight with the Oni Aliens, the Vampires recognize Kei's fighting potential/threat and approach him. The second theory is probably wrong just because Kei's memory is gone, the Vampire don't have any footage of him (I think) and if he's not in the game, why bother? I wonder what will happen with Kei and Tae now though. Last we saw them, the manga said something about them bond...or something.

The writer continues to infuriatingly unconventional. Having a character grow, only to cut away all of his moral development. Kinda feels like when he killed Katou after giving hims so much backstory. He brought him back, so doesn't that mean Kei will come back too (in a moral and character sense)?
