problem with comp..

i cant open "my computer" or any folders and stuff whenever i try it freezes for like 1 min and then says theres a problem with my dr.watson exe or something i dunno wtf that is can anyone help me?

can you tell me exactly what that error message says?
and have you run anti-spyware software and antivirus just to be safe?

you gotta check whether its a software or a hardware problem. Try rebooting and entering safe mode by pressing F8 before it boots into windows. If things works out in there then it most likely a sofeware related issue.

Ummm massas... why don't u get some. I prefer, Spy Sweeper > Lavasoft Ad-aware > trojan hunter. Cleans off my computer so that u can eat off the hard drive. And maybe ur computer is just full, u kno... cuz my friend's computer did the same thing, so he defragmented and cleaned up his computer, and deleted any useless junk and excess porn that he had... his computer is fine now. But seriously, u have to have some kind of spyware buster software, your computer is gonna die if not.

Read the website above, it should help. I think the problem may be because your drwatson.exe is corrupted by spyware/adware or some other funny things.

i do alot of tech support at my work .. and that is becoming a common problem amongst the p3's ... the file/program drwatson.exe is causing alot of computers to crash. Main reason is due to a bug in the system. Its not necessarily spyware or viruses but a ram freeze is what i'd call it.

My suggestions would be to remove that program firstly .. cause it does absolutely nothing. But first try giving Panda Active scan a try. Just go to google and search panda scan ... its made by pandasoftware ... so its really reliable.
