so the games got more expensive, huh? 70? 80 dollars? game developing companies actually say "it's the piracy's fault. we're not going to make a sequel for <inster game here>" or "pirates are so stupid... i don't care if we lose money coz if we make our sequels really crappy, gamers will be disappointed and that's good enough for me"?
true, you can play gamecube roms. but how many does it? it's almost even impossible to play connecting your gamecube to your computer through 10/100Mb connection. it's doable if the game is not so high extensive (a low-end game). so how many are out there doing that killing nintendo?
News flash.
it doesn't matter if you work in EB Games, Gamestop, Toys 'R Us, Best Buy, or any local store that carries video games. back up your words with harder facts. your knowledge about video game world isn't any different to a lot of gamers. heck, i went to EB Games and asked if they have Kingdom Hearts and the employee said that he had never heard of the game and don't know if they carry it and told me to wait while he checks...

i believe the better word usage is "copyright infringement" rather than "stealing." stealing requires a removal of the actual property from an owner while in this case, the company keeps the original software and they're selling the multiple copies of it, "we still own what you bought, we're just letting you use it." plenty got off from trials because of that idea.
how is this any different from downloading mangas and animes? i have yet to find a single post in this forum that discourages such actions. i'm not encouraging copyright infringement. it's just that i don't like misinformations. and i'm picky like that :p |

i dont actually think thats correct, products only get more expensive due to higher demands for the product, if the creators know alot of people are gonna buy it, they will put up the price for a profit, i havent seen a game get more expensive over time. your a pretty good salesperson from my point of view. |

No, I don't go to any H sites. I got them from an anime forum. |

Not really, while that does have a part to do with getting more expensive, you also have to look at it this way. IF the games get more expensive, even less people will buy the games and instead will depend on the roms..
