i read some dragon ball /Z mangas but i just rather watch it on tv...its a good anime to watch at least once in ur life hehehe

This manga was 1 of the first manga i read. I think the story is quite interesting. I didn't really watch the anime at all. Probably only watch Dragon ball GT only.

There is an anime for Dragon Ball Z but I think it is much better if we read from manga.

Quite better than the anime, which was absurdly lenghtened in order to make one chapter/episode. Maybe it got a bit repetitive at the end, but that was one of those series that made history

I like Dragonball Z when it first came out, but I think it started going downhill after the appearance of Cell, it seems to me that all Dragonball Z scenes are fighting, fighting, fighting, and....fighting ever since then.

Dragon Ball Z is one of the 1st manga i read. I think it's a great manga to read. but i didn't really like the anime as much as the manga. I think that the manga is definitely much nicer than the anime

for me dragonball z was the first complete manag series i ever got to see so it`s still special to me although compared to many other mangas the story is somewhat cheap and boring..

i watched/read both the anime and manga
i totally agree that manga is better cuz the anime is dragged out so long...
every time an energy ball hits, dust flys everywhere but it’s the same frames of dust for like a few minutes.... tkes forever to finish the whole series.
GT looks kind of wacky and i dont think the drawings were as well done
was the artist switched from dragon ball Z to GT... looks totally different

i like the manga better though~ cuz the anime is filled with to much "oooo aaaa oooo" and none moving pics~ :S

both were awsome, one of the more original series and stil remains very original (even developed it's own genre about how u gota wait so long for everything... stil good)

anime was awsome but it got dragged out too long... GT got bs, never read the manga but the anime of GT was weird... all the sayans became rili weak... for example vegeta's punch only gave a regular human a bloody nose (where as in Z, vegeta could pop a person's head off by splitting at it)

biggest advantage of the manga: if they wanted to emphasize the importance or the magnitude of the 'charging up' and screaming and all dat... ... 2 page tribute... ... no need for the anime '2 episodes of charging up' XD
