there is... oh wait.. what kind of art are you talking about anyways?? cause there is the fan works section... there you will see drawings and stuff by members... some are uber cool some are well... 
or you could start your own thread somewhere...

im pretty sure i have told this story many many times but no matter..
i was looking for a place to read some mangas and thats when i found asource... but at the time they only had 4 mangas.. that was about 2 almost 3 years now haha.. i think it was ichigo 100% and at that time it wasnt very far

Looking for review of animated show pop! next thing you know im here :/ then when i look for a certain manga pop! again once i'm here at a coincidence this website had a scanlated manga >.<
