How did you find A-Source?

Just curious how the majority of users found A-Source. This might turn into a full scale website poll later on as well.

But for now tell us how you found A-Source.

Through our fansubs?
From another website?
Through a search engine? which one?
Through a friend? who and how?

I found this website through another website. I was searching for Love Hina and I found this one. The reason I stayed with this site was the Encyclopedia really

i had just finished watching love hina, and wanted to know some more shows which i could potentially download. i wound up at this site and found myself reading the I"s manga from the time i got home from school to bedtime. joined the forums a few weeks later, and iv been here ever since =)

I'm cannot really remember. But my earliest impression was somehow coming across the site's list & bio of the female seiyus! Razz

I guess I must have been on a 'almost anything anime' Googling session then.

I was in search of a site with a good reviews database. Being the Berserk fiend that I am, If a site didn't have a good grade for berserk then I dismissed it.

Now I'm not sure if Ark found this site first and gave me the link or vice versa, but after we found it, we never left ^^

BTW, I think we found it using a search engine, either Yahoo or Google.

Yeah i found this when we were searching for a good anime reviews site. Searched for it off Google and there ya go. Didn't participate in the forum (or any other) at that time so it took me a bit to get into it but im pretty sure im not leaving anytime soon.

Hehe we came in when the site had the purplish theme with pics of various japanese celebs. AH the memories Very Happy

Found this website looking for ratings about some anime's. I think it was Fruit Basket. And I was sadly dissapointed by the anime despite high ratings. Confused

Friend sent me the Dragon Drive trailer over AIM, which had "www.anime-source.com" at the end. Being the anime-addict sheep I am, I said "Baa" and popped over here, registered, and started downloading Avenger.

It was a long time since I discovered anime source, I think I was just looking for good anime reviews as well, my usual search engine is google so I'm pretty sure that's how I found anime-source.com. I joined a while later though.

I found Anime-Source through a different website. My brother usually keeps up with the new stuff out there so when BitTorrent started becoming popular he told me to check it out. Googled "bittorrent" and started looking around. I ran into AnimeSuki pretty quick and explored the site a little. I eventually got to "Groups" and looked through those. Skipped over all the weird group names in there and then there was Anime-Source and thought hey I like their name.

Followed the links and ended up here. Razz

I was looking for anime and manga, found KOR, read it, found I's, read that, and I found out that it wasn't the whole KOR so I joined the forums to find out more about it and I have stayed here since

i stumbled upon the old CAAM website, which i went to for reviews and such, then it died and linked to some other site that quickly perished.... then came this one ~_~
