Few works of mine

Nothing special but I'd like some constructive critisism on these.
I didn't spend as much time as I'd like to on the figures but thats what I'm still practicing atm. What I really want, is what is making some of these pictures seem so lifeless.....anyone able to help me here?

I think its too many atm but those're the ones i got scanned in

i like the ones on the bottom. the girl on the left looks pretty nice and i think that the picture on the right looks the best out of them. something about a rough sketch looking picture always looks nice to me

hey! your sketches look really kool but the right pick on the third row look a little bit...idk how to put it but if you add a little bit more detail in the faces and shade it a little bit more it would look better...@ least in my opinion..

maybe you could try working on the skin tones first. And remember that eyes are the most important parts of the drawing to make it life-like Wink

hmm. the ones on the bottom are the best. The breasts are a lil unproportionate, otherwise they're coo Smile

I think working on the expression on each character and body language is key - though I think you did a nice job on all the sketchs you posted.
I think it just might be me (being the werid person I am) but the last and thrid pictures are done nicely. The first picture is nicely rendered though what may be lacking a bit is in the facial expression (?)

this is all helping alot.
I'm finding it easier to get bodily expressions done now (They don't seem like they have boards stuck in their arms and legs as much now).
The facial expressions are killing me to get down though.
I'll post a few more new works once I feel pleased I've done the facial expressions properly.
Whats bothering me tho..... is that the last pic is a quick sketch....on the wrinkled page of my note book.....
The rest were works with effort in em. Irony sucks

the new one is terrific but the legs look kinda weird it is very good for a draft on another note why do your drawing all have a green shade

Yeah it is my scanner, I had an inconvenient time with it once.....*cough*
Anyways, Short story, it doesn't scan the proper colour sets anymore, the gamma settings haven't seemed to fix it either.
