Anime-Source's Synopsis and Reviews for Major
I ran across a great little show that's currently in production called Major. You can find the bittorrent files here ( http://mjn.edwardk.info/ ) Unfortunately, there's not much press or fandom behind it yet, so I don't think many people have had a chance to hear about it. In fact, the subs are not even listed on Anime-Source if I remember correctly, though there are 2 reviews up for it.
It's only subbed up to episode 9 currently, but the show has really peaked my interest. This is a sports series with a good bit of non-sports related drama so far, and though the plot isn't anything amazing, the predicaments and situations are very gripping. Overall this looks like it's going to be a show that gets more traditional and lighthearted as the series progresses, but I'm hoping it can keep up its current level of dramatic appeal somehow. I think it will appeal to baseball fans in general and most people who played a bit of baseball growing up.
Anyway, check out the first few episodes if you haven't already. Oh, and does anyone know a group other than MJN who has subbed this? |

| I'm pretty sure some group has subbed it into the 70's, as it's listed on animesuki. |

| About Major, I am curious as to know whether there are plans for a second season or something. It almost seemed as if the ending was hinting toward one. |

| Liked Major alot it was abit annoying sometimes but all in all I liked it so. And yes they're going to make another season of Major I think it'll start this fall or this year at least and it will take place when Goro's in highschool so a few years past since the first one and Toshi is in it as well and that's pretty much everything I know about the sequel. |
