Well, its not exactly a problem, but a question. Whats the difference between IRC and mIRC. Thanks for the answer.

IRC is a protocol like http
mIRC is a client for the irc protocol like Internet explorer from Microsoft & Firefox from Mozilla (or even Netscape from... well you know who heh) are for the http protocol

IRC = Internet Relay Chat, a less illustrated version of MSN to be short. Very verstatile, initially not that user friendly but there are many user sites that offer help/ tutorials. There are many variants that IRC has spawned out, mIRC, sysreset, etc...
