so far from the mangas ive read the best mangas are from jump comics so i was wondering if there is somewhere that has full translated jump issues

no no, lucifer he/she is refering to jump comic think of this. most of the jump comic are good story. some jump comic are already at our home country.
it is like tora aman. can be say some copyright. But i am not sure this is what he is asking, maybe what he ask is what you answers.

I thought Jump comics are part of a magazine called ShonenJump? Then again, i maybe wrong.

ShonenJump does print a lot of Jump Comics, but I do think they are different. I think Jump is just the publishing company, with the little pirate head as the logo. I don't think anyone would have issure transated, it is best to find the manga that you like and look the manga individualy. I've never seen an anthology just offered up.

Bleach is also included in Jump comics so it wouldn't be consider a total spam. Laughing
