Well, main reason, it's VERY VERY funny! Also, it has quite a lot of action.

And, maybe not a good one, but, the show is not to long, but not too short either, so you won't have to spend too much time, and you won't complain about not having enough of it...

...i see.....what about the animation? Is it better than gungrave? Or as good as it's first episode (which would mean it's bad if it is)?

I've only watched one episode of Gungrave, but from what I saw, Trigun definitely have good animation, and better than Gungrave!

If you only watched the first episode then you're saddly mistaken because that was like THE WORST EPISODE in the whole series. You have to watch other scenes before you could prove that (like Grave vs Bunji near the end). BUT if you say it does have better animation than the first episode of Gungrave, then maybe, just maybe..... Ok forget Gungrave is it better than Witch Hunter Robin? Thats pretty easy to spot out.

Gungrave got lame at the end but I like the whole Rambo-can't defeat me-cuz I'm-DEAD! thing around the end, and the mafia was interesting. The only thing I didn't like was that Brandons girl got uglier and uglier....... anyways was it beter in every aspect?

Same for me with Witch Hunter cuz all they're doing is staring at each other; stopped watching after base got invaded........Action was cool though! Same with gungrave..........

yea witch hunter robin was boring for me as well. it had that whole really really really slow pace movement aspect in the series. the action really didn't excite me. it was a series that got no where fast. and ok robin has this fire power..kewl and all..but come on!! u so know that that 1 specific element isn't indestructable or unbeatable!!!...it's like putting everyone with one type of power in an anime..and giving the protagonist a slightly "better" power.....it's like wow...no duh she's uber strong...i wonder who will win in a battle?!!?hmm..lol. kinda obvious...nothing challanging or misterious about it.

psshh who cares about robin. Amon is cool!!! Hes got this cool gun I like!! All he needs is another one then BAM, it's a cool series (too bad it's really slow...). Amon was played by Keanu Reeves in english dub I don't believe it (sounds so different...)!!!
