I really don't care about any of the other girls. My favorite would be Toujo Aya from Ichigo 100%, I fell in love with her from first sigh(not literally). Stupid Manaka should've treated her better at the start.

Toujo aya(Ichigo 100%) - for sure cause she's awesome
Chi(Chobits) - Who doesnt want a awesome female robot
Tessa(Full metal panic!) - Love her voice
Sakurai(Suzuka) - pure and awesome
Bell Dandy(Ah! my goddess) - Goddess...enough said
narusegawa(Love Hina) - Mean but cute at times
Reika(Gantz) - A model or idol dont remember but still good
Maya(?)(Tenjo Tenge) - CUTE!

Cutest? Hinata(Naruto) and Nodame-chan(Negima), Shinobu; or nodame's twin(LH), Osaka(Azumanga), Yotsuba(yotsuba)...thats all off the top of my head.

alot of the girls listed here are sexy or hot, but not really cute.
