| Got my copy of Furuba 12 yesterday ... Not too much happened, though it was good
to see Kagura and Kyo finally having it out. Heh, the end was highly amusing, where Hanajima was 'worried about having such a large child' if she made her move on Kazuma. ^^; Poor Kyo ... he seemed extremely disturbed by the notion.
Tohru's got even more under her belt than previously known, though ... That was sad. Her little project isn't going too swimmingly yet, either. Hrrm ... I hope she finds some clues somewhere, soon. |

You can download it or look at it for free at www.stoptazmo.com . I've been reading it on that site and i think they have it translated up to Volume 17... maybe more but this story takes soo many turns that it's hard to keep up but you enjoy every second of it. I've found myself being in awe and sometimes wanting to cry because this story has it's sad moments. This manga could possibly be the best i've read so far. It's wwaaayyyy better than the anime, thats for sure. |

Fruits Basket is just amazing! I've only read a few vol's of it, but I was hooked from the first one.  Tohru is so cute and silly, I just love her to death! |

You should definitly buy the manga. I really didn't much care for it's anime though. The manga however had an awesome back story about the chinese zodiac, and the comedy was pretty much never ending.

still shocked at akito is a chick and she sleeps with shigure and kureno.

I like the manga ^^ but if will be great if there is no animal transformation but then again thats even make the story more interesting.

| i know i couldn't belive it either. i mean she looks and act like a boy, but if you can see why she hates Rin so much. since Rin is a girl she is afraid Rin might steal the zodiac animales away for her and she'll be all alone. |

When i found out Akito was a girl, i was speechless. But then again, the story made sense. I'm just angry that some of the zodiac have slept with her, mostly out of guilt or pity. But im starting to understand her and i just think she's misunderstood.
Fruits Basket has come a LONG way. Especially from the anime, the anime was only like a starter to it, like a preview. The story is gettin more interesting and i love it.
How many volumes of Fruits Basket are there? does anyone know? |
