Well, I drew this today in class around 7 pm. Finished it around 7:45 pm. So, 5 minutes sketching, 40 minutes shading. Shading sucks. Takes too long. Anyways, here's my concept. Please don't copy it, it's already being patented. Thank you for the support.

Superb shading. You can really tell the material ie. shinny metal or etc. |

Yeah I know. Sorry to disappoint you. I'll post some fanart of mine once I'm done painting a picture of Urd. |

Thanks guys. If you're wondering, rulers aren't used in my drawings. Everything it done by hand. Here's an interior of Civic Type R I attempted.

The 2001-2005 Civic Type R does. It's located below the dashboard, which is quite interesting.
Here's a picture sample:

First of all. You won't believe me. Most of my art professors yell at me for this. I only use one mechanical pencil to sketch AND shade. Yeah I know the mutual feeling. I use my 0.5 mechanical pencil using two different types of lead. B and 2B. I also don't smudge my shading. It makes it messy. I used to smudge when I shade, but that was five years ago. I don't do that anymore. It's all shading by my trusty mechanical pencil. Also, I can't draw out the small details with regular pencils because the tip tends to get fat. I need a small tip to draw it out.
Thanks for the comments. _________________ [img:500:140:9b272a1241]http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y78/xpeed/BigSig.jpg[/img:9b272a1241]

NICE!
Could be shinier, but it's still nice.
Do you draw tanks too?
I'm learning how to do on my own using pictures from online, since I have too little books on mecha.
Any tips? |
