Preview - Gundam SEED Destiny 3rd OP and ED

I'm sure many of you saw the torrent going around for the Our Music bit on Gundam SEED music. I haven't found a subbed copy but what I understood of the TM Revolution interview was quite interesting. But what I *really* downloaded it for was this:

(There's a tiny bit of Tamaki Nami's performance right at the beginning of the file... I'm no A/V guy so I didn't bother cutting it out Wink

Takahashi Hitomi
Age: 15
DOB: 8th of April 1989 (so she'll be 16 in five days...)
I guess the people who choose Gundam musicians have a thing for young girls; Tamaki Nami was 14 when she did Believe, the third GSeed OP.

I don't know much about Takahashi-san. "Bokutachi no Yukue" will be her debut single... release date is April 13th and that's just about when it'll be playing at the beginning of Destiny.

Rie Fu
Age: 20
DOB: 11th Jan 1985
Here's an excellent singer-songwriter. Part of her childhood was spent in Maryland and she now lives in London where she is an art student at some unnamed university.
Her first single, "Rie who?", was released in March of 2004 followed by the September release of "Life is Like a Boat", the second Bleach ED theme.
Her self titled album "Rie fu" was released on the 19th of Jan 2005 and is apparently selling quite well.
"I Wanna Go To A Place..." will be released on April 27th, a couple of weeks after it plays in GSD.

So there you have it. I can't wait to hear the new OP/ED themes... should be just two more episodes of Destiny until the new ED is played and then one more after that for the new OP.

that's the torrent for a Chopstick sub of the Our Music bit... it's 25mins (231MB) and most of the interview is boring stuff about how the director of both SEED serieses and Nishikawa-san feel about the music...
but the performances are kinda cool.
(although HandMC had a rough time... she was a bit too low through most of the song and it looked like she was really tired or something)

unless the makers of gundam seed destiny comes up with new designs of gundams (chaos, abyss, destroy and gaia are all DOWN/Destroyed), there wont be a 4th opening soon.. so far the newest gundam is the LEGEND gundam
