one thing to keep in mind when using this site... it doesn't account for frequent buyers club discounts. I know DigitalEyes offers monthly coupons to its registered users and has a points system to redeem for additional savings. Other stores might do something similar. _________________

most "imports" on ebay are...well...I'm not sure if they're bootlegs or not.
and yes...cdjapan is one of the best japan stationed online stores out there. I never had any problems with my transactions with them and they have different payment methods that suits my ability.
yesasia.com is a pretty good site too. It's stationed in HK but they have an office here in the US (San Francisco to be exact). Even though their inventory is not as great as cdjapan...they at least have some PVC figures and other stuff that cdjapan doesn't have. _________________

sweet, i was gonna mention deepdiscountdvd.com cuz they have the lowest prices for new dvds and free shipping. but not only did that dvdpricesearch.com mention them, theres a coupon for 20% off.
theres always rightstuf.com and their weekly sales, which is updated every thursday.
the best way to know if they're bootleg in ebay is if they sell the whole series on 3 dvds per 26 episodes and sell them for under $20, lol. nowadays though it seems like they'll mention if its R1, R2, R4, etc. or not. the only thing you have to worry about is if you'll get it damaged with a broken box or whatever or have some douche rip you off on a cowboy bebop perfect session dvd box set... |

Here's another one:
http://anime.shoppertron.com
with most of the major stores and I believe they only list official copies. I wouldn't recommend you go on Ebay unless you want a lower quality bootleg version. |

I always thought that place only had bootleg DVDs. Aren't they bootlegs? Those DVD covers are nothing like the actual retail versions, unless these aren't North American version...
I'm pretty sure they are all bootlegs.
Buying bootlegs hurts the anime industry, don't buy them if you have the option to buy the legally produced DVDs. _________________ [IMG:258:200]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v435/ypark/sigs/3fsn.png[/img] |

| Wal*Mart just got in Inuyasha Season 1 in last week for US $39.96. Unlike the limited edition version this season 1 set has all the episodes on just 3 DVD's. Not nearly as nice a looking packaging either, but still not a bad price all things considered. |

| Just be careful at anime conventions, they don't have nearly as good prices as they advertise. (for example one said 40% of DVDs, but the DVDs were $30 each! |
