I wish there was a Hentai version, there's so many instances where they could show/do a little more and the story wouldn't be ruined.

It only shows some panties and little kissing scene..
A hentai manga with a mature content would show a lot more ecchi than that..
That's why I don't recall it as a hentai manga.
I would say that it's a shoujo manga with love story of a high school students.
