yes its been finished for a long time now i believe
if u have a fast connection i think u can download the anime version on mybittorrent.com but other than that i dont know of any manga downloads that are available

Ya i think evangelion is a great series too..... i cudnt get it back when it wasnt licensed cuz i hadnt used internet much. Now i borrow th anime from the library but its hard to get the videos in order.... i usually get like #6 missing bt have 7-12 there so i gets hard>.<

oh and... i miss seeing dark but still recognizably stylized series like eva...

it's too hard to understand wtf is going on in a lot of the more artistic manga/anime
