SOAD's best songs are spiders, sugar, all the songs on toxicity.... SOAD just rules.. I had the chance to see them a while back way back on ozzfest...

Well, well, well. As if I didn't see it coming. Mesmerize is out already. You can get it off bittorrent. Not that hard to find. Would like opinions on it as people start getting it.

As for me, it's different from what they have usually put out. As to be expected, since that's all I have been hearing for the past month or so. I must say, there are a couple tracks that stand out from the crowd such as "Question!", "Violent Pornography", and of course, the singles "B.Y.O.B." and "CIGARO". Decent little outing here. Hopefully it's only a taste for what's to come (Hypnotize, I'm counting on you to blow me the f&#k away, because this one didn't do it by any means whatsoever).

In summary, I'm going to buy it when it comes out since I'm such a fanboy. However, it's a far cry from their earlier albums (I'm mostly referring to Toxicity, which is, in my opinion, their best CD). I'm really wishing for Hypnotize to be the (WAY) better CD. Hopefully they'll get the songs, "Holy Mountain" and "Kill Rock n Roll".

For all you SoCal people, System of a Down will be at the Best Buy in Burbank signing their new CD's on May 17th at 7 PM. I'm going to be there! Get there early if you want a decent spot in line. Also, they'll be doing an official US tour near the end of the summer. Not to sure about dates and locations yet, but I'm only worried about SoCal shows anyways. I'll try to post the other shows though for the rest of you that don't live in the Sunshine State! =P Catch you all later. Post if you've heard the new CD.

Oooooh, SoaD is coming to Hultsfred this summer! X3 ((Hultsfred = a huge fastical that is in Sweden each summer, lotsa bands, lotsa people, lotsa alcohole))

Their an "OK" band, eventhough most of their songs in the album "toxicity"

sound the same.. (Turn your volume medium-low, and just browse the internet, you can't tell what song your listning to after a while)

Anyone watch SNL last night? SOAD played BYOB and Aerials. I was only able to watch Aerials. Off topic, but SNL has gone down. =( Just not as funny anymore...

i would have to say that SoaD's songs are freakin weird.
i was listening ot them on SNL and they were super freaky.
ther basically wasn't a tune and my ears REALLY hurt from their mindless screaming...
don't understand y anybody would like them... Confused

Try listening to toxicity album(I think that is the name of the album). But hey everyone have different taste in everything.

SOAD kicks ass...they rule.. i loved there toxicity cd and i also have there steal this album cd. I wish one day they will come to play in brazil but all i can do is wish haha. the first thing im gonna do when i move to the states is go to there conert where ever it will be Very Happy
