Why don't I have level 4 access?

I have more than 51 points, which is what I need for level 4 access to read one of your mangas. But when I try to read a chapter, it says taht I only have 4. What's going on?!?!

Whoa whoa whoa! I did what?!? I'm sorry to disapoint you but I did NOT use spam to gain points!!! I earned those points by participating in numerous polls and forums! Those where hard earned points and I'd appriciate it if you not accuse me of something I DIDN'T do.
