I'd have to say Golden Boy, although its a bit echhi, is the funniest manga I've read. GTO is up there with the funny as well, I've seen the live action series which was really funny but for a completely different reason.

And the rest are mostly chuckles for me... Very Happy

The manga I have laughed the most reading are Shaman King, One Piece, Chobits, often Full Moon wo Sagashite, Naruto, Yakitate Japan, Ichigo 100%, Excel Saga, Kodocha, Paradise Kiss and Nana. There are probably others, those were just off the top of my head.
Kodocha has probably made me laugh the loudest though, for some reason.

yea...shaman king is prtty funny... i really want to see the anime...not the american version, but the american version was prtty good, and i also like ichigo 100%, even though the comedy is very weird....but the most i laughed at is yakitate!! japan
