I love the main character: sakuragi Hanamichi.
looking at his gags making me want to laugh. recently read the manga translated version part 1, very good intro.

any idea where can i read it?

It is a cool manga, and the story is pretty staight forward. It is more about character development and not "special moves" like most of the other manga of this genre.

I jusy wish the creator expands on the SD universe in the future. Go Hanamichi
