how long is this series supposed to be?
because for now it seems like 12-13 eps max, its like every episode he will take some one on, and keep on runing away with that girl
i really wonder how the story evolve later on
for now this show is one of my favorites this season, and amazingly its starts out decent in the begining with not much of filler episodes unlike some other anime out there
i think it's going to be 26 eps... but that's just my guess and i have nothing to support my assumption.
i do think that the story will get a lot more complex. right now it does seem kinda simple... run away with girl, keep her away from the club/her mom, kill euphoria ppl who are likewise trying to get you.
and is the person with the nose mask a guy or a girl... mb a transexual?
Yeah, I agree. Probably 26 episodes...but that's only because most of the other animes ended after 26. Heh heh.
The anime's already pretty complex for me right now. I'm wondering too many questions that I know will be answered later on..unless this is going to be some Neon Genesis thing.
As for that masked guy...I'm not sure anymore. At first, I thought it was a man...but now I'm betting a transexual....O_o
The nose person IS a woman. I bet she is also a euphoria person just that her dream was to be able to smell anything. But thinking about it that kind of special skill would suck! I mean, think about smelling all those nasty smells even when you didn't want to. Yuck. _________________

the person that can smell everything or at least said "weird, i did not smell him" is a guy, or a very skinny, flat chested woman, but i bet my money that its a he, and he's one of those euphoria freaks

its weird that his secret desire was to have a good sense of smell but so is wanting to bend like rubber and killing things that you photograph

Not so wierd if you don't take it literally. My speculation is that Saiga's "secret desire" is not to destroy things he takes pictures of, it's that he wants to take unique photographs that no one else will ever be able to take. Blow up your photo subject and no can ever take a picture like yours again. That fact that it's also really useful to kill people is just a side effect.
Same with rubber guy. I don't think his secret desire is to bend like rubber. His secret desire is to be the most flexible, elegant dancer in the world. The fact that he can bend and stretch and use his bizarre power to help him kill people is a side effect.

Actually, the fact that his wish was to kill people by taking their pictures was explained in episode 4.
He was a war photographer and he took photographes as soldiers slaughtered each other / innocent people. Of course he took their picture with hate for them => thus the desire to kill them => thus his wish was to kill by taking photographs.
About the dancer guy, his wish was for his body to bend in impossible ways probably SO he can be the best dancer in the world. basically what you said.

snce he was a war photographer, his wish was not to kill people by talking photographs, but rather to take photographs of people dying, since in the first 5 min of the 1st episode he had a boner when he was taking pictures of a guy being shot

i was going to say that Saiga looked like Spike too...
i wonder if what we're seeing now is actually a cut version of speed grapher? We can see that there are some adult scenes, but all at the minimum level, but is that really all there is to it? Like Gantz, there was a cut version and uncut, which shows so much more
If there is an uncut version, i'm really interested in what was left out
