WoW the violence of this one is a lot more like the Samurai X's OVAs a lot of blood and all that swoosh sound when slicing somebody's flesh... And those old folks, I never thot that they would kill each other after seeing their history when they were young but damn what a merciless dude he love her before but killed her neways, I guess their love for each other will rekindle in the after life...

wow... the first episode totally blew me away.
definitely the best starting episode out of all the series i have watched so far this year. the violence was not overly done but still enough to make you go 
the story is.... well everyone likes forbidden romances, so i'll leave it at that  |

It's a pretty good anime so far, but the graphics are a bit extreme... like that guy with the balls on his chin... man I don't want to see that.

Heh, poor Tokugawa is probably the most maligned character in Japanese history ever. |

| Gonzo didn't try to make a joke of everything so I'm happy. The first episode was very enjoyable. Now I just need to convert it to mpg4 so I can watch it at work again during lunch break on my psp. |

can someone explain why that spider dude grabbed the hair dude's crotch (when the hair guy had his hands caught in the sticky webbing) and said: "i can't even knit with this" ?
i can't really put two and two together to figure out what that scene was all about.... |

The sub messed up the translation. Basically the "spider dude" has webbed the "hair dude"'s hands together to his own face. So he thinks that the latter is unable to use his "reinforced hair of a woman" anymore.
So when "spider dude" grabbed the "hair dude"'s crotch, he is supposed to whisper into the latter's ear, "Looks like you are unable to play with your wires anymore" or something like that ( lacking the episode on hand to give accurate saying but the context of what I said is true). |

What!... I'm more confused now... did his crotch have something to do with his powers or was that just a joke... or was it like a threat... ooh! ooh! i get it... since he collects women's hair, he needs his penis to draw them first... then get their hair, and if the spider dood crushed his schlong then he wouldn't be able to get more hair... is that rite? or am i just blabbing on about nothing...?

The crotch grabbing act is just Shougen aka "spider dude" humiliating Yashaman aka "hair guy" for good measure. |
