Worst Manga to Anime Transformation

Its now Official that Ichigo 100% belongs in here. As I have decided to stop watching this crap anime.
I loved the manga, but the anime is utter butchering the name.
Everything about this anime sucks. The music is the worst, the visuals seem to be getting worse and worse. I can stand some voices, but I think Manaka's voice is the worst. And every episode seems just a recycled story. how long can u go with the same exact story every ep.
Its a shame that a great manga was turned into this crap anime

The last part of Kenshin wasn't very good....

Slamdunk also cut out a tonne of the manga...

I'd easily say Flame of Recca. Amazing manga that got killed by bad quality anime. Sides it ended 1/3 of the way through the manga. In Ichigo 100%'s defense it's an OVA series. Considering the fact that it has no prior time to set up a story or anything, I think they did a pretty good job. And complaining about how the episodes of Ichigo is recycling is kind of contradictory to the fact that the manga does the exact same thing. I wouldn't say it's the best manga to anime conversion, but it worked. I think many people are blaming the animes for being bad because they end way before the manga does. A good chance is because they people who produce the show start up the anime while the manga is really popular, but considering the fact that usually the mangaka isn't done telling the story for the manga, the anime has to just make some stuff up to end it. I thought Love Hina ended well in the way that it kept you guessing. These series have to fit the japanese season criteria so usually they have to tell a story in 12-24 25 minute episodes. That basically means a lot of the stuff in the manga has to be cut to get the story moving along. Based on that criteria though, Hellsing does really suck compared to the Manga.

I'd have to agree with Yebyosh on Soul Hunter (aka Senkaiden Houshin Engi/Houshin Engi). In the manga, the storyline is complete, tricky, and filled with great characters but the anime... eesh, it completely changes things, including the very nature of characters. i think for ichigo they could use some better voices the voices for ichigo 100% isnt tat great lke i said again just my opinion Very Happy

100% deffinitely a failure.why cant they just follow the manga,by not following they just messed up some of its important events .though they put a lot of efforts in making the anime so il give them 5/5 rating since its not easy making one. but really i hope they remake it and based it in the manga Very Happy

Well Yami no Matsuei was pretty bad as a transfer...The anime wasn't bad but it just barely followed the manga in some parts...I still watched it till the very end and watched some episodes more than once. I love Tsuzuki!

Love Hina the manga made me laugh and cry. The anime made me snooze.

Other awful conversions (imho) are Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, ichigo 100%, Card Captors (english), and Kenshin (after the kyoto arc).
