Heres some for ya, I don't know if you'll like em or not but I enjoyed them as did some friends of mine. They are: Alice 19th, Petshop of Horrors, Rurouni Kenshin, and Angel Sanctuary.

I will say this BERSERK, if you didn't read it you have to. It's my all time favorite series, it has friendship, betryal, death, revenge, and lots of blood. A warning though, it's not for somewone who can't handle graphical violence because it contains a lot of that.
