Is GANTZ evil?

I have now read everything that's up and I must say I'm not as sure as I was before.

I still say if it was really trying to be good it would explain more to the warriors so they could survive and get better the way Kei has been doing.

But at the same time the things they've been fighting have been getting more and more evil seeming as the story goes on. The onion alien at the beginning you could almost feel sorry for, but the vamps on the other hand need to taken out, just like Izumi. So at this point I don't really know.

Oh, and Kei Kureno rocks.

Let em say this one last time, GANTZ is not evil... Its the people who does the mission that has a choice between being good or evil. The missionaries (as i will call them now instead of agents of GANTZ) has a choice between capturing them or blowing them up. You see the choices that they could've made since the beginning cause there was a capturing device they could've used... but they all seem to have chosen the big guns instead of capturing guns. So GANTZ is not evil but the people who does the missions are.

I think by the time you get to the later chapter (180+) you might start being more sure about Gantz being good. But more importantly Gantz is relatively neutral.

First rule for those copied by Gantz - Don't tell anyone about Gantz
Second rule - Don't tell anyone about Gantz
Thrid rule - Gantz warned you.

I don't think Gantz is evil, futhermore I don't think he is good either..
I think he's job is to protect humanity against the aliens, who are trying to invade us. Maybe some innocents will die, but that's how war is.. Gantz can't take responsibility for those people.. Also he gives people a second chance to live, which cannot be seen as evil..
About Tae; I think it was something Gantz had to do; she had seen them, and humans wont be able to live a normal life, if they knew they were targetted by aliens.. It's like Men In Black, but where they don't have a weapon to change peoples memories..

I don't think gantz is evil just Xenophobic ( is that the right word?) toward aliens. I mean sure he gives people a second chance but I think that has to do more with whether gantz thinks your up to the task of killing another living thing. but if you notice Gantz starts it by attacking helpless union alien kid. and even though he gives them a gun for sending does anyone really know where they are being sent. and not to mention it never ever tells people what they are really up against.

Well I think Gantz is evil, because he uses people as puppets to do his dirty work. I kinda think that it is very bad that an alien has to die for no reasons. But for some perspectives the Manga seem to make the aliens more destructive and dangerous. Well I read one of the chapters where Korono's girlfriend is the new target to kill just because she took a picture of them. That is pure evil!!!!!!!!

i sorta thing gantz is evil and good cuz like i mean its really evil for all dat blood and all dat killing but then again its good cuz they r killing the aliens dat might attack the humans and stuff lol

but i think gantz is more evil cuz like its usng ppl and those ppl who r chosen can nver have a normal life again unless they get 100 points then again they might want to have some ppl revived which cause them to do more dirty work for gantz

I chose Gantz to be good....... and i think he is..... he claimed that earth was slowly being invaded by aliens.... so that's why he needed to kill the aliens off. Besides, the people who chose for the job already died, so why not use them ya know?
