Zettai Kareshi (Absolute Boyfriend)

Does anyone heard about this manga? This manga was wrote by Yuu Watase ( Fushigi Yugi).

Basically it talk about a girl that has no chance in love, everytime she confesses, the guy turns her down. One day Riiko (the main character) confesses to a guy, but he says he loves somebody else. All day long she'd been depressed. On her way back home, she finds a Cell-phone, and when the owner calls they agree to meet so she can return the cell.
When they meet, he was a wonderin salesman, so he starts to offer every kinds of things, but she's not interested. He asks her what would she like to have, she says that she would like to have a boyfriend. He gives her a TOP SECRET CD. When she arrives at her appartment, she puts the CD in the computer and enters a Web Page that says LOVER SHOP. She orders the Nightly Serie 001 because it has a 3 days free trial. The Next day when she comes from school, she finds a Big Box in front of her appartment. she opens the box and a Naked guy falls over her.

I know it its kinda messy, and confusing (what I wrote, not the manga)
but I hope you'll try to find more about it.

Isn't that the one that's going to be in Shoujo Beat? I'm sure I've seen it as a manga future release as well. Either way, it is one I shall be getting as I love everything written by Yuu Watase Very Happy

I don't know about Shoujo Beat, but it's a really cool story. It's also been liscensed, so it'll be in stores soon (I hope).

I love Zettai Kareshi!! I hope it doesn't get spoiled in translation when it's liscensed, but usually they seem to do fairly well with Yuu Watase's work. I know it's usually long, but the storylines are well done, so I'm waiting on zettai kareshi and Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden (goes back a bit to what happened to the Priestess of Genbu who they only mention in the regular series).

oh i love this i think this was like one of the 1st mangas i read!! too bad i couldn't find it after it got licenced!!!

Yeah, I kno, I tried reading it online. It is in Shojo Beat tho, cuz I get that magazine so I can read it. >.< It's soo cool!

I finally managed to get a copy of Shojo Beat in the UK -yay! but I needn't have worried, as Viz are releasing the first volume of the manga in February 2006 Very Happy

K, Idon't leke the idea but since no one hasposted for so long I'll double post. I've confirmed, There are 6 volumes and the ending is a big disappointment.
