You can get it from IRC. Shoujo Magic used to translate it before it was licensed but there is a complete translation done. If my memory serves me right you can get it from #Eternal-Blue on irchighway. Watase Yuu's drawings are very good although sometimes her characters overlap (some characters from Zettai Kareshi look like others from Ayashi no Ceres and Fushigi Yuugi). ^__^'

Sorry 'bout the ending thingy. But I simply didn't like it, I did wonder what Riiko was gonna do with 2 guys after her but oh well. My little sister read the ending and cried. I mean, you must admit it was kind of a sad ending
