not lo as is lost lo as in low. But don't stress the w (knee-yen tot low) except if you wanna sound like an Indo when you say it stress the nyen part.
Sorry guys just havin a likkle fun. Nyentot Lo does mean fuck you in Indonesian except its much worse because people don't swear as much in Indonesia.
