I have never been made angrier by a post than reading through Zauriel's top 200 list (and the rest of this thread) without seeing Eureka and Renton from Eureka 7. It's a story about two kids whose love, in and of itself, saves the entire world! What else do you need?! That being said, here are my top 5.

1) Renton and Eureka (Eureka 7)
2) Spike and Faye (if he had come back alive) (Cowboy Bebop)
3) Yankumi and Shin (Gokusen)
4) Naota and Haruko (FLCL)
5) Ryouta and Chika (Today in Class 5-2)

Otani and Koizumi - Lovely Complex
Mai and Naru - Ghost Hunt
Kippei and Yuzuyu - Aishiteru ze Baby (Technically not a couple, but very cute)
