Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that over 50% of all posts on the forum are made by like, 20 different people? Is it fair to say someone who has made over 1000 posts has a healthy life? I mean, most are A-sorce members ! Is your whole job just to post replies on the forum? Come on! since the first person to reply will probably be someone with 500+ posts, please explain this

I dont quite have 500+ points but because i am answering this i will be accused of having no life. but oh well. as for me i have two job(one grading papers the other is being an RA in a dorm) i got a full class secheduale i got a girlfriend but non of these activites nor my friends are really into anime or manga. i am the only one in the group of people i hang out with or work with that like it. so i come to A-S because its a community where i can talk about the stuff i enjoy with people who also like the same stuff. i am guessing most of the people here are probably the same. any ways that is what i think. i am not sure about the A-S staff and admins but that is my reason.

. well, I have a life, I post here in my free time in between working on homework or drawings. as u can see, I have a little more than 200 posts after being here for quite a few weeks.

But thats due to more work and school than A-S here.

I can spend an hour here and find so many topics to reply to, members posting questions or suggestions and also the admins discussing things. The many emails that come to the staff, etc.

Not to mention I've been on this website since day 1. You really have to take the join dates and number of posts to really find how much a member really posts.

2500 posts / 2.5 years = 1000 posts a year = 83 posts a month = approx 3 posts a day.

i dont agree with u.. coz some people have more than 500+ posts just coz they have been on this site for a year or more.. unless some of them are hardcore spammers Razz

WOW! you are right! direct stab to me... T~T and about some1 say lees then a year to post more then 500+ is a hardcore spammer is also a direct stab to me.....=.=" hehehe... what can i say... i don't like to study... i just like to chit chat around all days....hahaha... and now my hand that have been cut still does not heal, and doctor say i can't exersice for 2 week more, so i think i will post often... i think my post will be more then 1000 this month...=.="

ps: i have a life... and my dream is become a boxer.. but since my homecountry can't find money with boxing so i would like to become a police to help other... try fight with me if you found me... i will show you some style to fight...

I am not particular about post counts, but these days A-S has been invaded by spammers. I used to read all new posts in the forums, but now I'll skip most of them because they are pointless posts which does not contribute much to the thread.

I also notice that many regular/old members are not posting as much as they used to. Maybe they have move on, or time constraint, or I wander if it is the due to the sudden influx of new members. I guess it is inevitable when a site becomes successful and popular.

Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy my visits here!!

People do have a life, and Anime-Source is one of their shelters from the constant terrors of schooling/work/etc. It's too bad that spammers have accumulated trying to earn points for the manga...

As for Lucifer, I think he's earned himself those 500+ posts in a month because he's been pretty helpful around the site, not to mention he welcomes almost every single person Smile

Okay my post count may be low, but to be honest, most of the time Iam at work, Iam on the net, now does that mean I have no life. Allow me to explain myself on why Iam always on the net. My dad owns business, and since Iam the manager, most of the time I just order the employes to do the shit while I F4ck around and do the financial sh%t. Like the other members, my friends arent into anime. I mean 12 guys with 300-600HP machines at the local donut shop wont be speaking about anime. Reason why I come here is to find out other people who love anime as much as I do.
