Looks very nice. You should round and short her face a fit, tough. And Aya's har has bit more volume it's not pratically strait. But I think it looks good

I think the its the eyes...
The artist for Ichigo has a somewhat more uncommon type of set of eyes that he draws for the series.... (heh for those fans, compare it to any other manga you've read). also has the mouthes smaller than these eyes.

But this sort of reminds me of Rukia from Bleach , nice work

Indeed, the eyes, and that's something the animation is lacking... episode 5 Aya didn't had the "right" look...

Back to topic, your drawing is good, but that facial expression doesn't suit the character - and, as others have told you, only the hair looks like Aya.

the pic is good but the face needs to be shorter and rounder, the eyes bigger, and the shoulders a little wider. all in all it looks good. just some areas to work on.
