Overrated and Underrated Anime

NARUTO- Dragon ball for the new era, TOO TOO TOO TOO MUCH reminances, oh and the part where a guy gets stabbed (with the sword in him) for 10 eps or so didnt die..

Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien - Its just a typical Love Story, so predictable and so boring... fell asleep numerous time on this one .. couldnt believe why it was so highly rated.

Konjiki no Gash Bell - Laughing my A** off on this one most of the time , though exaggerating its still a good comedy , ( this and FMP fumoffu must be the funnist anime i have seen so far)

^^^ To me that's what makes it great.. its makes you think, figure out what's happening and stuff.... same time it gets enough drama(not your ordinary drama tho) which are very catchy... And yeh theres more anime that are a lot more difficult to understand than this one.. thats what I think..

overrated:inuyasha-way too many filler episodes and people call inni powerful but he would have lost to someone already if he didn't have tetsaiga or however you spell it
Dragonball Z:new enemy, new powerup(kaio-ken, ss), enemy destroyed with kamehameha or spirit ball, repeat
Love Hina:(anime I mean)it makes no sense

I think the most over rated is Scrapped Princess cause it go too massive in the end...all that mecha thing in the end were "wtf?" to me

And the most under rated anime would be Gantz...absolutely great anime

Overrated...
Inuyasha just cuz there was just too much filler much like dragonball. I admit I like dbz kinda but wiggling your eyebrow for a couple of eps makes the fight drag out after wiggling the same eyebrow for 150+ eps.

Eva cuz they just ended it badly, bad translation from the manga.

Akira is also a case of this, the manga was 10 times better and made more sense in the storyline. There was so much they missed with the movie.

Underrated...
I can't think of many since those that were bad were pretty bad and the ones that were okay had a lukewarm feeling to it.

Ajimu beach story is one I never hear get talked about tho, cute lil love story not overly dramatic and light on the heart. ^^

i agree that naruto is underrated but the first three werent overrated if you have ever followed the complete .hack universe then u would know about the very entricate story it has and the large conspiracy it has in it

overrated-dbz, im a fan but it is just to repetative and also pokemon- so repetative it gives me a headache, yay a caught a pokemon, it evolved, its now my strongest pokemon, hey ill get rid of it, yay i caught a new pokemon........

underrated-vandread, a great anime but noone ever talks about it

Ghost Sweeper Mikami caught my interest a while ago but no one ever talks about this anime. I created a thread for it and not only did one person respond but that perosn enver watched it and only 5 people viewed the thread. Please people, if you're looking to get into an old-school anime then please check this out.

Overrated:

Scrapped Princess (Did it even have a plot...)

Samurai Champloo (Boy did that plot suck)

Inuyasha (Where they going somewhere with that story... and could we cut down on girls in school uniforms? Why can't she wear normal cloths when she is not in modern japan?)

DBZ (I hate this anime for some reason... every character looks the same as the other character.. just changed hair colors or skin colors.)

Juuni Kokki (I'm sorry, this anime really was sad. It had potential but ended up being a series of events. At least the girl changed her school uniform.)

Bleach (It took 17 episodes for me to stop getting bored. I hope I don't get bored again.)

Underrated:

Witch Hunter Robins (The plot is just too hard for some people, and many don't stick around to episode 15 where they start to see the real plot.)

Naruto (I really like this anime, it takes its time though, so I agree its stretchy but after chunin exam arc, it diverts to a totally different level. People just seem to complain about it being like DBZ but they never actually read the manga fully or watch past the chunin arc.)

Basilisk (So far I am till episode #4, honestly, this anime is sweet.)

Ghost in the Shell: i mean.. it has a gud storyline....

Come on, Inuyasha does not get boring! I do admit that the episodes get stretched waaay too much but really, besides Kagome getting kidnapped, it never feels like I seen thi s happen already. Far too many people says that it is overrated.
