|
|
Same idea as my last thread, this time tell me what u think is the best Manga to Anime transformation.
Though Iam not a Narutard, I have to say that the Naruto anime is on of the closest manga-anime transformation. Most of the time I cant pick up any parts they left off, they have been true to the manga.
Another one I like is Initial D, though they did cut out the FD3S's battle, the storyline remains unchanged from the manga.
Bleach is another anime that I think they did well on.
Plz share ur thoughts. |

| Off my head, the best comes to mind is School Rumble. Very faithful, hilarity all the way. |

| Hana Yori Dango/Boys Over Flowers. The animation and manga artwork are identical and the storyline stay pretty much inline with the manga. |

| I would say Bleach is pretty faithful to the manga. I didn't get very far into the manga (only upt to book 7 if I recall), but so far so good. |

| I have only read a few chapters of the Rurouni Kenshin manga, and I must say that only in those chapters, a lot of things seem to have been chaged for the anime (which I have watched completely). Even with these things in mind, I really liked the adaptation of the manga, and believe it`s great the way it is. |

The best? Probably Marmalade Boy. It keeps both the general romantic elements, and its goofiness. The only problem is the later episodes are on crack.
The worst anime I have seen compared to the manga? Probably Sorcerer Hunters. I didn't read too much of the manga, but what I read was about average. I actually threw away my entire Sorcerer Hunters collection on DVD. |

Umm... actually for the Evangelion franchise, the anime is the original source. All products from that franchise comes from the anime itself.
The manga is drawn and scripted by Sadamoto Yoshiyuki who was the character designer as well as design director on the anime. He had some disagreements with Anno Hideaki on how Eva should go, and so he came up with the manga after the anime has ended. |

Ek...
Bleach (only a little amount of side stories-unlike One Piece; even a page in the manga that was suppose to act as filler page was made to a full anime episode) |
