My favorite manga chicks are Maron from Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, Chi (from Chobits, where else?  ), Sailor Saturn from Sailor Moon (also an obvious one XD), and Sailor V.
Edit: Just finished reading Mujuuryoku Shounen (Anti-Gravity Boy), and I now have a new addition to my fave manga characters list - Konami Fuuko. She is just so awesome! XD

this is the toughest decision i have ever made in my life, and thats including choosing between vanilla and pralines ice cream at baskin robbins.
