The official site looks really nice. The character design from what I can see is superb. I'll definitely check out this series. And yes, I love vampires too.  |

| Episode 1 seems a bit lacking to me. It seems it might be adapted straight off the novels instead of the manga but that is still to be determined. |

I am ignorant of the novels but I am reading the mangas. I have heard that the novels' presentation of the story are random in the timeline, meaning that Volume 1 could be 3 years after the events in Vol 4 and Vol 6 takes place somewhere in between the 2 volumes.
So the manga might have sorted out those stories and presented it in a straight forward chrnology. The anime might be doing the same thing but with some addition.
The manga's start might bring too much rememberances to Hellsing so if the manga is faithful to the novels and the anime is trying to do the same, I can see why episode 1 started off way differently from the manga. |

| Though A-Future subbed the 15 seconds promo, the english fansubbers certainly seems to be taking it's own sweet time in coming out. I have already seen 3 different chinese subbed version of the first ep alone! |
