i've only been able to find a couple of BT downloads, up to 11, but I can't find the others. HOWEVER, for some reason there are subs up to 17 that are SPANISH?!?!!
does anyone know when each epiode is released?

While normally your best bet would be to search the releases page as someone already suggested, Shinsen apparently changed sites and the link for Shinsen's ep 12 will not work. Go to http://shinsen.b33r.net/ to get torrent links for 12-17.
Dont really get this anime.why is Abel a good guy when he is one of the strongest vampire around.alas I only watched up to 6 .no time to watchit anyway,got an exam soon _________________ In the darkest shadow,there will always be a light to guide you.
I don't know if they're going to keep subbing it. It's been licensed, and it's been a while since the last fansub release. One site even went and took down all of the TB torrents because of the license.
But then again, like ForeverGoNe mentioned, the Japanese airings had been temporarily put on hold due to the US opening, so maybe that's the only real issue here. All you can do is wait and see.

WARNING: EXPLANATION BELOW MAY CONTAIN SOME SPOILERS
This series lists two species of humans: terrans (normal humans) and methuselahs (aka "vampires" --- were originally from Earth as normal humans; "evolved" on Mars as a result of the environment and genetic engineering).
Methuselahs aren't actually considered evil beings but humans with special metabolisms that give them both incredible benefits and crippling weaknesses --- both of which happen to be characteristic of vampiric lore which is why terrans have come to call them vampires. Methuselahs crave blood because their specialized metabolisms somehow deteriorates their own blood while in Earth's environment, but they can take a supplement in lieu of actually drinking terran blood.
Because of prejudices and misunderstandings, these two species of humans are at odds with one another. While there are people on both sides that wish for peace and coexistence, there are extremist groups that wish to dominate or annihilate the other side. The main one that we come to know in this series call themselves the Rozen-something-or-other, pretty much terrorists in their methods and, for the most part, run by vampires.
Abel is an artificially created human known as a Kreusnik (I know I'm not spelling this right, stick a fork in me). He can be considered a third species of human. Nano-technology has been placed inside of him so that he has the ability to "transform" into a kind of vampire that drinks the blood of vampires, something that only works within his own morphology and not in either of the other two species. This is what sets him apart, and when you first start watching the series, you're led to believe that he's a good guy because he preys on what appears to be the bad guys (vampires). "The enemy of my enemy is my friend," as the saying goes.
But it turns out that the vampires aren't really the bad guys, and so this isn't what makes Abel the good guy. What does make him the good guy is that he fights to create peace and harmony among all humans against the forces of evil that wish to prevent this overall good. He doesn't prey on innocents (this includes vampires), he only goes after the bad guys that terrorize people in the pursuit of their own selfish ambitions. He's a weapon that can be used against those with special abilities that wish to use those abilities for evil purposes, but only as a checks & balance measure.
This is a very wonderful and unique anime and i just can't wait for more, however there haven't been any fansubs in a while so i'm getting very anxious. Need more.....
Well, I have been looking for info on the net, and it seems like the raws have been released up to episode 21... I have made the search myself, and found episode 18 raw released as soon as sep 17. Chances are that whoever was providing the raws they were currently using might have problems getting them. Or maybe the raws they got are too low quality for their standarts. Who knows... but im really getting desperate for the rest, just like you...
And BTW bunshun, the reason you found more episodes in spanish is because most series to get licenced in north america don't do so in latin america and spain as fast.... usually we have to wait anywhere from 3-4 months for really hot animes, to a couple of years for the less popular ones, so spanish subbers can keep on the proyects legally longer than most others, and its rare for a proyect not to get finished before it gets licenced (that is, if it ever does).
I shouldn't post anything about this since it could jinx us all, but it doesn't look like Shinsen has dropped this as a project. I think they might be holding out for the releases of all the remaining episodes before posting any more of them up for people to download. It's the only explanation that makes sense to me given the present info.
