Yeah, I just verified my hypothesis. Shinsen is waiting for the series to finish before posting anymore episodes up for downloading, so it'll be another month or two before we'll see anything in the way of new releases.
Which is more than okay since that's far better than having them drop the project altogether. I'm happy.
lol, hey, they've got the next episode up for download. Series must be finished already, I guess. I figured they were going to try to release everything in bulk so that it would be a while before they'd attempt to release anything, but I was wrong it seems.

Well this is what I've been able to glean from webbies that're mostly based on the manga:
I don't know what you mean by the others, but I do know that the high priest woman knows at least.
Seth is Abel's sister, but not in the traditional sense: they came from the same DNA strands. Remember that the Kreusniks (or whatever) are artificially created humans. Included were two others, one alive, the other dead. The last survivor is the twisted bastard main villian we'll be meeting real soon.
All I was able to find out about Abel's guilt and inability to forgive himself is that he blames himself for the death of the other Kreusnik. From my own guess based on what we've seen in a previous episode, Abel had probably also gone berserk at one point, and this temporary insanity (or lust for blood, take your pick) was probably what at least helped lead up to the death of whomever.

3 Kreusniks; namely Abel, Seth and the bad guy.
But I think you may be right, maybe Abel went berserk once upon a time.
Yeah, they might head off in a different direction with the anime from the manga, but I don't think so because:
the fourth Kreusnik has already been shown in previous episodes. She and Abel apparently had some kind of special relationship and might even have been lovers. He has nightmares about her death that definitely seems tied to something horrible that happened between the two of them and the bad guy. From reading what others had to say about it concerning the manga, this woman was the first Kreusnik and is rumored to be the source of DNA for the other three Kreusniks.
They might deviate from the manga on this issue, but they've been pretty faithful so far as far as I know.
I'm not a manga reader anyway. All I've got is what I've read in random posts by those who are.

I wonder what's what, then. I've only been to two forums about it, and what I've mentioned above is what I gleaned from them. Maybe people are just having a problem with translation, or something. Whatever the facts are, it's still all good.
in eps10 of TB when Gunslinger reloads its the EXACT same reloading sequence as the main character in the movie Equilibrium used at the end of the movie. -.-
Uh, I'm the only one who thinks that the ending was weird? It really didn't have a decent ending, apparently Abels brother was killed? And now he is going to go and fight against the Contra mundi (or What the heck it was called)

No, I think Cain is still alive. They left it very open ended for either a season 2 or a couple OVAs. We still don't know a lot of backstory like how Abel came to earth, why Cain turned evil and Abel turned good, etc.
Does anyone know how Esther knew Dietrich? I can't remember if we found out in a previous episode and I don't want to go watch the first half of the series again to find out.
