Live-Action Section?

I don't know if anyone brought this up already, or if it's on the site someplace and I just haven't seen it yet, but is there a section on Live-Action movie reviews that are based off of manga or anime? If not, why not add it since there are more of those being made these days? I mean, there's Dragonball, Devilman (most recent), Casshern, Azumi, and Lupin the 3rd, all in Live-Action form. The format may not be the same, but the source is, so I think it would fit nicely here.

personally i think that we dont need that, since only a tiny amount of people watch it, plus there is also a question of who will want to do that

I have watched some live action but to tell you frankly, they were all terrible except for GTO. Like idjota said, not many people would want to watch them and write a review (since most of them suck), unless they are some hardcore fans of the anime/manga.

Y'know what, you've got a volunteer right here. I'd be willing to contribute on that, I already own a lot of them anyway. At least of the newer released movies, that is. But if Live-Action based from anime and manga is too specific, you guys could broaden it to include the Tokusentai-style, Kaijuu-style, or just japanese cinema in general. If you'd like I can write up a few this weekend and send them to you for appraisal. I use a 10 point scale and cover as many bases as I can in terms of story depth, cinematography, music, acting ability of the cast (I tend to refer to character names), so on and so forth.

wow, a volunteer but still we need the approval from the big guys here... Wink

Why don't you PM Kaiser and ask him straight forward regarding this matter? This would save more time than waiting for him to read this post.
