No other movioe project has me both feeling fear and excitement. It's teh same old issue of it having amazing potential to excel and just as an amazing potential to ruin it all.

The images only confirm what I just said. Just keep in mind what is always written when you play a game demo: end product will most likely differ from demo. Let's give them the benefit of a doubt. |

Actually, i look forward to it since i'm an EVA fan (more precisely, Rei Ayanami fan).
However, Rei's name seems to be changed to Ray and her hair color is black?

| About the Rei/Ray thing, don't think too much of it. I've read that it's just a quick naming scheme. It's like calling it 'char1' or something like that. And these are just preliminary concept art sketches. Don't be fooled to think this is a finished product. Remember the storyborads cunematographers use for filming. They're just drawn as a reference, not as a final version. |

I've heard some rumors about EVA going to be "Westernized" since the target audiences are Westen countries.
Rei changed to Ray while Asuka is named Kate Rose. Rei's hair would be black and Asuka is no longer German... Click here to view picture of Asuka/Kate Rose
Hope that the rumors are false or the outcome would be bad.

the issues above,the kate rose thing,the black haired ray(all of the neck chocking news),I've heard it since about almost a year ago... |

I think it would be better if the characters were japanese and the whole concept of it will be japanese aswell. If THOSE LOTR people want to help, They should only do little for the effects.
