i'm falling in love with this story.... too lovely characters...nice screen... Embarassed

and cool story lines

I m getting to like the characters so much that its getting kinda painful to watch them suffer....ep15 was dramatic as hell.

I must admit that I have since the beginning been more worried/interested by the Mayama/Yamada/Rika triangle than by the Hagu/Morita/Takemoto one...
For now I am unable to see any entirely happy outcome for this series... which means that someone will have to be 'sacrificed', in order for the rest to live happily, and that makes the series only more interesting...
In case you had not understood, I love the drama.

this series should be watch by all!! from all age-group, well not the kids though, as it might go too heavy on them Laughing

well animes fan, who prefers different type of genres, will enjoy this one anime, if they enjoy at least fruit baskets that is Razz

the drama, the timing of the insert songs just magnified the power of the drama, the mixed emotions, the realistic problems... and then the deep meanings of the words spoken...

just... almost a perfect anime, if it is not for Hagu...

Are these last 3 episodes considered the start of a new season? Like the 2nd season is focusing on Mayama/Yamada/Rika? Thats what it looks like to me...

sounds pretty good, but Hagu and Takemoto 's relationship might further a bit before Morita comes back, to make Hagu kind of torn. they seem to be pretty good on increasing their relationship so far. She seems more worried about him lately. Maybe thats just me or just ordinary friendship. And Morita kissed her before he left right. I hope im right, or i might have been living a lie. I thought it was pretty obvious, but i just want to make sure.

well just watched ep 16, and my thoughts on it...

Well... ep 16 is quite light-hearted but heavy all the same...

the first half focuses more on Mayama... Well now we know why Rika was rejecting him... She is happy when she was with him, and because of that, she felt guilty coz she still couldnt get over Harada's death... then we got a sweet moment with Hagu concerned about Takemoto... really sweet how she supported him from behind, making him coffee and such...

the second half started off with some comedy... I was laughing one time, but then suddenly I was silenced, and shocked... that reaction was 2nd best compared to Fruits Basket, which I was laughing and then crying the next time...

But really, finally Yamada figured that out... and what Shuu-chan told her is also one of the quotable quotes that are many in this anime...

"There are generally two choices: Give up or make an effort" I am trying to guess the third one... maybe it's "running away"?

All in all... Hachikuro might be the gem that will shine throughout 2005's Anime Release... This stuff is superb, and if you ignore the loli-ness of Hagu the first time you saw her, you would be hooked, and hooked forever...

Isnt running away kind of giving up? but if u mean like completely avoiding that person, i can see what u mean. like yamada running away from Mayama, trying to have nothing to do with him anymore, to try and heal the pain. That could be the 3rd choice, but i just dont feel like it would be that. It couldve been a choice, but somethings telling me that it isnt. Call it anime instinct.
