| just watched eps 5 by c1 subs and they r very good! I loved this episode...and the drama keeps building up. and its funny as always. I m soo hooked on this series |

I don't think this is an anime that will appeal to a large range of people. Personally, I like it and I think it's very well done, but I know that there are others who don't like it for their own reasons. |

well ep 7 lived up to the previous episode... but ep 8 is kinda below par IMHO...
I just loved it when everybody came in and join Hagu search for the 4-leaf clover... and the end of it, i could really feel Hagu's dissappoinment in my heart... kinda like when Yamada cried on Mayama's back, that was one of the most memorable scenes in this anime...
ep 8... well nothing much there... except when Yamada tried to figure out what is the meaning of "giving up"...

well my reason on why i love this one is purely simple...
this is an adult love, not the ones which involves teenagers... rather it involves those who are in early adulthood/late teens... they are still grasping to deal with adulthood, and trying to grasp the meaning of love in an adult sense... that is what draws me to this anime, rather than Air...
character-design, they got the upperhand... but as for emotional-pull and storyline-wise, this is better IMO... the insert songs just made it even better...
well to each has its own opinions about something

You took the words right off my head. Plus, it has a sweet and mellow feel to it which makes this series so fun and pleasing to watch. The characters are diversed and loveable (can't say much about Hagu-chan, though she makes good entertainment) too. I think that is what draws me to this series. |
