well i was watching fullmetal alchemist but they stop showing it in adultswim thats called samurai champloo (which is really good) so i really liked fullmetal but they stop showing it and the never let a series end theyb never show the end of the series which is too bad! |

Fruits Basket is one of my favourites
Besides what U`re trying to get U should try getting:
Haibane Renmei: a bit slow paced, but really really nice
Mahou Tsukai ni Taisetsu na Koto: it`s a feel good anime, really really
Full Metal Panic: I know it doesn`t sound right, but trust me, it`s well made and funny. Never mind the mecha (since most girls don`t really like it) It has a good story for a girl too
Full metal panic? Fumoffu! : Even funnier and a must see really. U`ll laught to tears
School Rumble  is all I can say
Kyou kara maou : a lot of pretty boys and men but don`t let it comfuse you............ it has a really good story underneath all the prettiness and jokes
I just finished Onegai teacher, Angelic Layer and Geneshaft and I liked all of them  |

Anyway from my sources (EX-gf, cousins, girls that I know, and guys....)
many girls watch SailorMoon, Saiyuki, Samurai X, and You are under arrest. To sum it up: girls like to watch Animes that have girl as main character, and those that have bunch of really "cute" guys
