How many eps does it take to glue or scare you off?

Usually I watch the first 6 episodes to get a feel of the anime. If nothing interesting happens to catch my attention by then, I stop.

Ruffly two to three episodes. I dun buy 'em unless i've heard high remarks about it before hand. So, normaly I dun go runnin' from an anime I just bought. ^^;

I would say 2 to 3 episodes is enough for me to judge if the anime is good or not...

It actually depends on the anime.

I watched Inuyasha until episode 111 and noticed that it was just a waste of my time. Yes, very ironic.

I watched Naruto until episode 80 something and noticed it was a waste of my time... all my friends are saying that it gets better after the 90s but... whatevers.

A few others, it's usually the first episode, but if I like the art, then I'll continue so I hope that it gets better. Very Happy

Most of the time it's the first episode that decides whether I'll like it or not, a lot of the time it's the art that can turn me off from an anime.

I have no idea where to get any good anime.

Actually, I really dont care how many episodes does it take me to get interested...as long as the anime is colorful and drawn nicely and doesnt look like shit, Its ok with me.

ya. i think that u SHOULD juge a book by their cover. It's the exact same with anime. if ive seen a clip, episode or advertisement that appeals to my liking, i will defineatly want to see more. for me, its all about the first impression. i may seem shallow but im reeally not.really. for sure. really.ok then.... ya im wierd. If I am to absolutely LOVE an anime all it takes is one part.

I decide about all the other anime after 3 or 4 parts. Sometimes it surprises you, beacuse things ony start happening towarsd the end.

Usually I sit trough the whole series Smile

usually the first and the theme song but their has been times when i can get scared off by just the very name or genres of the show but most of the time i decide after the 1st episode wether to watch it or not

i believe the first episode is really important because it grabs the attention of the viewers. if the first episode is boring and dull then i would usually scrap it. so i only get hooked if the first episode or the start of the anime is really exciting and good.

about 3 to 5 episodes. i don't really judge by first episodes impression cuz i don't think they can really convey to u what the anime's all about.
