Thank you everyone who posted here, Wink some helped a lot by pointing out some mistakes and others helped by complimenting it which it gives the felling I should continue on drawing. Very Happy

I dont know your age, and that has a good deal to do with overall asessment. Id ont mean to be a Simon Cowell here, but where i come from (my art school) the standards are very high, and the critique process unforgiving.

To me it looks stiff and contrived, it frankly looks copied and poorly at that. Further there is little sense of light source of dimension or volume - it looks flat. You seem to be getting "tight" right out the gates when you should be getting loose at first and then getting tight - meaning - roughly loosely draw the motion lines for the pose and figure first (this part is meant to be sloppy); Then later work down to a cleaner drawing out of that. This is not meant to discourage you, rather it is meant to push you to practice harder & more often. Now here is where the age/experience thing comes to mind. If you are young and havent praticed much but you want to go "pro" someday - then nothing beats unrelenting practice.

Draw everything around you, study your mangas, draw your parents, friends, draw your surroundings, draw your trips to places, draw photographs, draw them again, then draw yourself drawing. Then the next day get up and do it again. Intimately study human anatamy, become an expert on it. These techniques and undying practice will pay off if you do them for a year or more straight youll start to notice comparisons of your ability and how its improved.

Sorry if i seem harsh but where im from much better work gets laughed at. And as this is something i do for a living (Illustration) along with Graphic Design, im used to a circle of honed and skilled artists.

Keep at it -

Oh, don't apologize if you're think you're being harsh.^^ Honesty is something I appreciate and I should always think of critics in a positive way to raise my drawing skills. Wink Also, I think you're absolutely right Very Happy , I should be drawing what's surrounding me instead of drawing only what's on my mind. Well, and about my age..I don't really like to say my age because there are so many weirdos on internet these days I prefer really NOT to say it. Rolling Eyes I am young but I really shouldn't be that proud of that. Lol, there are many artists younger than me who can draw much better. Wink Still, I have a lot of time to practice before I reach the age of getting a job.^^ Lol, you must've noticed I enjoy drawing in the Japanese Cartoons style lol, but here on my country, Japanese Anime isn't that famous... actually it's kind of popular Laughing but everyone is more foccused in watching instead of drawing it. Lol, but maybe, with some good luck, I could enter an art school too, sure I guess I would be laughed at but still, if I have the will I can make it, right? Mr. Green

About the drawing, no, it's not copied but it was actually something I drew to train my painting skills. That doesn't actually mean I can draw much better tough. Rolling Eyes

I could never do that with crayons! Wonderful work. Like someone said before me, the creases in the dress seem alittle unnatural...but you got some skill with those crayons! Kudos.
