Characters like Seji and Midori in Midori No Hibi, I mean Seji loses his good hand and it gets replaced by a girl, think about privacy and using the bathroom

Cagilli from GSD, she rules over a nation but looses her sight of what her and her father wanted. Plus she gets influence by others to easily. She just still seems to young to be a leader of a nation.
